Supportive Faculty

Faculty are super charged about Summer Start! Just like you, they eagerly await the opportuity to change up their teaching format. The small class size allows them to do things in their classroom that they normally cannot do in the fall and spring, such as holding classes outside and more frequent field trips and outings.

Getting to know their students during the six weeks is really important to faculty. You will be encouraged to drop by their office, check in during the semester, and call on them for support or resources. 

Summer Start 2026 is virtual only. On-campus Summer Start courses will resume in 2027.
